The location of this hotel is ideal for nature lovers as there are several hiking trails and stunning waterfalls nearby. the rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. the staff are friendly and speak excellent English, always ready to assist. the breakfast buffet is delicious with a wide variety of options. There is also a spa nearby which is a bonus to enjoy.
The hotel's on-site restaurant could offer a more diverse menu with dietary restrictions.

We recently spent a perfect weekend in South Tyrol and had an amazing experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. the hotel was beautiful and finished to an exceptionally high standard. the rooms were large and immaculately clean. One of the best parts of our visit was the food in the restaurant; it was delicious! We were thrilled to find plenty of parking for our van around the back. We also loved that our furry friend was welcome, and only prohibited from the restaurant. the hotel was conveniently located for great hiking and walking, and we even got free access to a local spa, just a short walk away.
the only thing we could even think of is that the hotel didn't have a pool, but with so much to do in the area, we didn't even miss it.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and spoke perfect English. The hotel was beautiful and finished to a high standard with excellent facilities. The rooms were spacious and super clean. the hotel has ample parking available which was very convenient. The nearby hiking trails and free access to a local spa were a big plus.

Spent Christmas here and it was incredible. The staff were friendly and spoke fantastic English. The decor was simply stunning and the restaurant was top-notch - some of the best food I've ever had. The rooms were kept impeccably clean and were delightfully spacious. They also had plenty of parking which was perfect for us. We were able to bring along our furry friends too, which was a real bonus. The area was great for hiking and the free access to the spa just down the road was a real cherry on top - it was such a lovely place to relax.
Honestly, I can't think of any negatives. It was all top class.

The staff, beautiful hotel, excellent food, super clean rooms, ample parking, dog-friendly.
There was nothing I didn't like.
